
Victor Manuel de la Pena Carrizales graduated from the Military Medical School of Mexico City in 1973 conducted a three years residence of General Surgery at the Central Military Hospital to later occupy the Chief of residents.
Dr. de la Pena is actually a Surgeon in both public and private hospitals of Torreon City like:
- Regional Military Hospital.
- Social Security Institute at the Service of State Employees Hospital.
- Magisterium Clinic.
- Spanish Sanatorium.
- Angeles Hospital.
- Lions Club Hospital
He has his private practice in the Diagnostic Clinic and hold the position of Head of Surgery Department of The Spanish Sanatorium and with Dr. Bernal both are Directors of the Obesity Clinic.
Dr. de la Pena is an active member of:
