Karla Pozos Mata graduated from the Bachelor of Nutrition of the Autonomous Metropolitan University in 2003, took graduates in “Sports Nutrition” and “Physical Activity and Clinic Nutrition” both at the Valle de Mexico University.
Karla Pozos is a former nutritionists for Nestle Co. in Mexico City in her position she assess the nutritional status of the company employees and plans food and menus according to the results achieved by the employees in order to improve their nutritional status. Within the results obtained in Nestle we can highlight that employees understand the proper use and handling of the feeding equivalency system to improve their nutrition.
